Multi-site programs need consistent field standards across locations with different access rules and schedules. We plan surveys, install windows, after-hours needs, and documentation so each site closes out cleanly.

How We Work

Coordination & Field Process

Provide the location list, priority order, survey needs, and reporting expectations. EVA coordinates multi-location scheduling, site surveys and measurements, site communication, photo documentation, after-hours and weekend installation subject to scheduling, field reporting and project coordination, and closeout notes across the program.
